  • Tune-Up/Service Agreements

     

    At Complete Comfort Services we offer a one-time tune up or your choice of  three different levels of Service Agreements giving you the option to choose the Service Agreement that best serves your needs.

     

    One-Time Tune-Up

    Tune-Up includes: standard filter, clean condenser coil, and normal tune-up items.

    2 Systems - $110
    3 Systems - $155
    4 Systems - $199

    Schedule Tune-Up Service

     

    Service Agreements

             Standard Agreement includes:                                                      

    1. Convenient Scheduling 7 days a week
    2. Priority Scheduling over Non-Contract customers
    3. Clean condenser coils in spring
    4. System Tune-Up 2 per year 
    5. Includes Standard 1” filter
    6. All Repairs Discounted 15%
    7. All other service calls discounted 15%

    2 Systems - $195
    3 Systems - $255
    4 Systems - $280

     

    Standard Plus Agreement includes:                                                     

    1. Convenient Scheduling 7 days a week
    2. Priority Scheduling over Non-Contract customers
    3. Clean condenser coils in spring
    4. System Tune-Up 2 per year 
    5. Includes Standard 1” filter
    6. All Repairs Discounted 15%
    7. All other service calls included at NO CHARGE
    8. Spring Tune-Up Includes Freon until June 1st

             Complete Coverage Agreement includes: 

    1. Convenient Scheduling 7 days a week                               
    2. Priority Scheduling over Non-Contract customers      
    3. Clean condenser coils in spring
    4.  System Tune-Up 2 per year
    5. Repairs included are: Freon Leaks, Circuit Boards, Motors (Condenser and Evaporator), Relays, Contactors, Transformers, etc. 
    		  
    1. Includes Standard 1” filter
    2. All Repairs Discounted 15%
    3. All Other Service Calls Discounted 15%
    4. All Necessary repairs covered.

    Everything is covered except 6 items: Compressor, Heat Exchanger, Condenser Coil, Evaporator, Sheet Metal Items/Ductwork, ECM/Variable Speed Motors & Controllers.
